Definition of Camera Ready Artwork:
We consider artwork camera ready if it is printed on paper and is clean, crisp, black and white and production-ready, with no touch-up or change needed. For multi-color imprints we require artwork to be color separated with registration marks. We do reserve the right to determine what is and is not camera ready.
What is not Camera Ready Artwork:
We do not consider photocopies, business cards, faxes, letterheads or other printed material such as napkins, hats, T-shirts, etc., to be camera ready artwork. If it is necessary to send this type of material for artwork, our art department can use them to create finished artwork at a cost of $75(Z) per hour.
Paper Inset Artwork
Our paper inserts are digitally printed. We are not able to guarantee exact color matches with this process. When preparing artwork for digital printing remember it may be difficult to match wraps, patterns and lines across seams due to the nature of this imprinting process and die cutting. Keep important copy 1/8" from edge so that its not cut off during die cutting. We will be able to curve most copy to fit our template. However, complicated or photographic/process artwork should be supplied curved. Please contact factory regarding any questions you may have.
Digital Artwork:
Vector based Illustrator EPS format is prefered.
Digital artwork will be provided on compatible media, ready for film output with no additional changes necessary. All text in artwork must be converted to curves/outlines.
If additional work is needed, a charge of $75(V) per hour will apply.
A hard copy of artwork is required along with your P.O.
